CALEO Negroamaro Salento IGT ORIGIN Appellation: Salento IGT Grape Variety: 100% Negroamaro WINE-MAKING Traditional wine-making at a controlled temperature between 25℃ and 27℃. TASTING NOTES Intense ruby red colour. Rich and spicy, harmonious bouquet. well-balanced on the palate with supple and round tannins. SERVING Serve between 18℃ and 20℃ with roast meats.
