Grapes come from top quality vineyards in Rioja Alavesa. Fermentation and maceration take place during 15 days in temperature controlled stainless steel vats with daily pump overs in other to achieve the optimum color and tannin extraction. The wine is kept in American oak barrels for 12 months.
Vivid medium cherry color. Very fine oak maturation aromas combined with fruit and liquorice hints (mature red fruit).The wine shows in the palate very ample and elegant, leaving a very pleasant sensation in the finish. The perfect everyday drinking wine.
Ideal with tapas, traditional Spanish food and also the nice flavors of global gastronomy: pizza, pasta, burger, paella!
