WINE-MAKING
Grapes are immediately pressed after harvest and the free run juice is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for ten days at approximately 15℃. The wine spends no time in oak so as not to compete with the fresh and fruity qualities of a good White Zinfandel.

TASTING NOTES
(Sweet white)

Bright pink color with some sweet aromas on strawberries and watermelon, which delivers more fruit on the palate with a refreshingly crisp finish.

With anything Asian or Latin foods or drink alone.
