WINE-MAKING
Designed to be fresh, smooth, fruity and immediately enjoyed the characteristics that originally endeared Merlot to wine consumers the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures and aged briefly in American oak tanks.

TASTING NOTES
Deep red colour with a fresh cherry aroma with hints of plum, tobacco and spice. Smooth texture and moderated tannins, it boasts attractive, smokey black cherry and spice flavours, excellent structure and a long, rich finish.

With chicken, beef, lamb, game and tomato based pastas
