100% Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine fermented for a week at 25℃ and after settling and racking, was aged for approximately one year in a combination of new and used American oak tanks and casks prior to bottling. Unlike many California Cabernet Sauvignon, this one is smooth and easy-drinking, designed to be enjoyed upon release.
Nose: fresh red cherries, sweet vanilla, herbal touch
Palate: cherry flavours, soft tannins and a toasty wood character
With chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas
