Appellation: Douro DOC – Cima Corgo
Grape Variety: 60% Touriga Nacional, 20% Touriga Franca & 20% Tinta Roriz.
Vinification in tanks with treading and temperature controlled at 25°C. The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed directly to Cuba, five days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12°C and ends at 32°C, malolatic fermentation in French Oak. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Has deep ruby color and intense aroma to ripe red fruits with nuances of black plum. On palate, it presents with solid and well present tannins, with elegant and deep finish.
