ORIGIN
Appellation: Douro DOC – Baixo Corgo & Douro Superior
Grape Variety: 40% Touriga Franca, 40% Touriga Nacional & 20% Tinta Roriz.

WINE-MAKING
The grapes are 100% de-stemmed; 2 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation begins at 20°C and ends at 25°C. Aging for 9 months in French Oak.

TASTING NOTES
It has a ruby color and aroma of ripe red fruit, toast with vanilla and dark chocolate with some coffee. In the mouth, it has good structure balanced acidity, full tannins very molded.

SERVING
Pairs well with Trout in papillote with herbs, chicken rice with almonds, couscous with turmeric, cottage cheese. Serve at 18°C.
