WINE-MAKING
Partly aged in tank to preserve the fruit and partly in French oak barrels to mellow the
Tannic structure of Saint-Joseph.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Deep and dark, with purple tints.
Bouquet: Intensively fruity (blackcurrant, blackberry) and softly spicy (pepper, nutmeg).
Palate: Fine tannins, hallmark of Saint-Joseph wines are balanced with a savoury mouthfeel, full of black berries and a peppery touch. Fresh and elegant finale !
FOOD MATCH
Grilled meats, beef rib, loin of lamb, duck cutlet. Meat stews: Beef Bourguignon and casserole.
