AGEING: This is a young wine with no aging.
Fermentation and Maceration: A fermentation and maceration process follows using the traditional “lago” fermentation system, typical of the Rioja Alavesa region.
Routines: A regular pumping over allows a good extraction of aromas, colour and structure.
Colour: Intense red colour with violet hints and purple tones..
Nose: A fruity and aromatic explosion with notes of raspberry, plum and strawberry, and a characteristic touch of liquorice.
Palate: In the palate it is smooth and balanced, with a very fruity sensation.
Aftertaste: A balanced length makes it an easy wine to drink.
