GRAPE VARIETY：Grenache, Syrah
This wine, with a garnet-red color, develops blackberries and blackcurrants aromas with hints of grilled almonds and vanilla.
A manual harvest and carbonic maceration is used for the old vines. The aromatic varietals are vinified in pre-fermentation to extract long, blended and silky tannins so they give all their expression to the grapes.
Served at 18°C, this wine will match perfectly with meats in sauce and cheeses.
