WINE-MAKING
Long and classic vatting and warm running off, directly into new French oak barrels.18 months (approximately).

TASTING NOTES
Colour : Deep and dark, with purple tints.
Nose : Subtle nose of black candied fruits, coffee liqueur and toasty notes, developing to black chocolate, liquorice and wild herbs.
Mouth : Rich, generous and elegant. A full and concentrated wine with fine silky tannins. Complex finish of black fruits, liquorice, mint and spicy notes. Harmonious wine with an exceptional concentration (due to the weather conditions: heat wave). A racy and attractive wine.

Duck with vine peaches or Foie gras , Hare à la Royale, Chicken with
Chanterelles.
