Full handpicked harvest, the alcoholic fermentation is done in open wooden tank. Natural extraction of aromas, tanins and color (no enzyme or heating). Maceration for 23 days then maturation in French oak barrel (3 wines) for 12 to 15 months.

Color : Grenat with raspberry reflect.
Flavurs : red fruits with some notes of spices and mineral.
Palate: the attack is soft and round expressing all characteristics of the appellation following with
silky tannins.

This wine is an excellent food pairing for cold cut, red meat, and burgundy cheese.
