Grape Variety:100% Chardonnay
This wine is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture fully the varietal’s fresh apple, citrus, and peach aromas and flavors. Partial malolactic fermentation and wood aging impart a full, round texture and a toast, creamy tone.
This Chardonnay offers a lovely aroma of fresh pear, peach, apple and lemon fruit enhanced by a rich, creamy tone imparted by partial malolactic fermentation and wood aging. The wine’s smooth, round texture and rich, creamy, peach and apple flavours persist into a long and flavoural aftertaste.
With seafood or poultry dish, as well as for veal or pork chops, cream sauce pastas and both mild and powerful cheeses.
