GRAPE VARIETIES: 44%Merlot, 32%Cabernet Franc, 24%Cabernet Sauvignon.
Traditional: Long maceration up to 5 weeks with pumping over and dumping, sucject to tasting.
A deep bright red colour with violet tints. An expressive bouquet, straightforward and precise, with notes of fresh fruits:raspberry, blackcurrant and woodland. On the palate, it begins lively with soft and fleshy tannins. The finish is long and aromatic, made of liquorice and red berry jam.
This wine goes perfectly with grilled red meat and chocolate.
