WINE-MAKING
Our Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented using the rack-and-return method to help develop deeper color and greater flavor extraction. After a 14-day maceration,the wine was transferred to a combination of American and French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Intense, deep berry flavors with dried herbal and cedar notes embrace the palate. The wine finishes with smooth tannins. This versatile, medium-bodied Cabernet delivers the ripe fruit and broad mouth feel typical of the North Coast.
