Soils vary from loose sand to clayey, with variable conditions in terms of stone content, humidity and altitude. Grapes are harvested manually and mechanically from late February to the first fortnight in March. This wine is a fresh, lively and attractive Sauvignon Blanc. The vinification of grapes coming from different zones produces a wide variety of flavours and aromas.
Colour: pale yellow with greenish shades.
Aroma: tropical and citrus fruits and white flowers.
Flavour: bright, with delicious acidity, fresh and attractive.
Match food: non-oily fish, green salads or as an aperitif.
