Soils vary from loose sand to clayey, with variable conditions in terms of stone content, humidity and altitude. Grapes are harvested manually and mechanically from mid to late April. This wine reveals the varietal expression of a young Cabernet Sauvignon. These are characterised by the potency of their tannins and their great fruit expression.
Colour: deep red with violet shades.
Aroma: black fruits, vanilla and toast.
Flavour: smooth, rounded, fruity, sweet and smoky.
Match food: red meats, tenderloin of pork and beef pasties.
