WINE-MAKING
This Reserva comes from selection grapes harvested around Elciego and in other parts of Rioja. The fermentation and maceration process allows to get the color and substance of this modern-type Reserva.
Barrel ageing is conducted for 24 months mostly in American oak. Bottle ageing goes for 12 months prior release to the market.

TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby red color with orange rim. Very intense and complex aromas from the oak maturation, perfectly blended with an intense mature fruit bouquet. The palate shows very balanced ,fine, elegant, rounded and long.

SERVING
It goes perfectly with meat, especially toasted lamb and beef. Pairs very well with strong fish recipes, cured cheeses and chocolate desserts.
