TASTING NOTES
A mouth watering Riesling combining cool minerality from the slate and the refreshing ripe apple and citrus fine Riesling is famous for. A long, cool fermentation produced a medium bodied, food-friendly wine Medium-dry style.

SERVING
Serve at 10- 11° C. Juicy and medium-dry, it is excellent for sipping just by itself or paired with Asian cuisine.
