Appellation: Douro DOC – Cima Corgo
Grape Variety: old vineyards.
The grapes are made from old vineyards, the grapes are trodden by feet in traditional stone winepress; 7 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12°C and ends at 32°C; malolatic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Producing only in years of exceptional quality and in limited quantities. It has a loaded color, in the aroma one notices the presence of the barrels of great quality and well harmonized with the fruit. In the mouth it has complexity with elegant and soft tannins.
