Appellation: Douro DOC – Baixo Corgo & cima Corgo
Grape Variety: 30% Viosinho, 30% Gouveio Real, 20% Verdelho & 20% Rabigato.
Fermentation was made in low temperature (13°-15°C) in stainless steel vats. Aging sur lies for 1 month, conservation in stainless steel.
Citrus color, with ripe fruit aroma somewhat tropical with pineapple and some ripe peach, in the mouth reveals aromatic intensity and body, with correct acidity, lingering finish and very intense.
Pairs well with grilled bream fillets, roasted chicken breast with lemon, leek pie, cottage cheese. Serve at 8°C.
