Grape Variety：100% Pinot Noir
The grapes were picked and then underwent a 6 day cold maceration period before being inoculated for fermentation. The cap was plunged 3 times daily during fermentation. A further 3-6 days of skin contact followed the fermentation period before the wine was drained to oak barrels for an immediate malolactic fermentation and ageing.
Succulent ripe berry fruit on the nose. The palate has warm savoury fruit notes wrapped with fine velvety oak tannins. Gentle spicy notes linger and complement ripe berry notes on the finish.
