GRAPE VARIETY：Moscato Giallo
Traditional vinification with cold maceration on the skins and fermentation at
controlled temperature (16-18°C). The fermentation is interrupted by cooling down the must to obtain the desired level of natural sugars.
Colour: Intense straw yellow
Fragrance: Aromatic with notes of mature fruit
Flavour: Intense, sweet, soft with hints of tropical and mature fruit like yellow peach and melon.
The wine pairs well with typical desserts from Trentino and dried fruits and cakes/biscuits.
