WINE-MAKING
in unrefined cement vats for 14 days at a temperature of 27-28°C. Malolactic fermentation in the same 75 HL vats. Aging: in concrete vats for 9 months. Refinement: 3 months in bottle.

TASTING NOTES
COLOR:intense ruby red.

NOSE: ripe red fruits with hints of spices.

PALATE: the fruity aroma can also be tasted on the palate, with soft, pleasanttannins. Long finish.
