JEAN DURUP PÈRE & FILS Petit Chablis

ORIGIN
Appellation : Petit Chablis AOP
GRAPE VARIETAL: Chardonnay
Age of vines: 30 years old

WINE-MAKING
It has been harvested at a perfect maturity and pressed immediately. After the clearing out, the vinifications are done in vats either of glass or of stainless steel, so that the wine keeps its natural character.

TASTING NOTES
The Petit Chablis is a wine fresh, pleasant, characteristic, with a very present minerality and flavours of flowers. It has a good attack together with a long persistency in mouth.

Food pairing
It can be served alone as aperitif, as well as with fine charcuterie, seafood or fish.

Potential
The Petit Chablis, which has a good acidity, can keep its freshness during several years.
