Jaubert by Xavier Jaubert white

Appellation: Appellation: Bordeaux AOP.
Location:Located in the earth of “entre deux mers”. On a limestone and clay soil. A fine teroir where bordeaux white can express all their potential.
Grape Variety: 90 % sauvignon blanc, 10 % Semillon

Low temperature with skin maceration, ten days fermentation at 16-17 degree Celsius in order to obtain a maximum of flavor and delicateness.

Pale green-gold color with aromas of Granny Smith apples, lime with a hint of tropical fruit and minerality. Refreshing, with great fruit and intense, lively acidity.

Pairs well with all fish dishes, especially those with cream or mushroom sauces, chicken, veal or pork. Also lovely with salads or on its own as an aperitif.
