WINE-MAKING
A maceration continues about 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks. A pneumatic pressing. A final hot maceration.

TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby color, soft on palate. It has violet, fresh plum and blackcurrant aromas with a hint of hercaceous note.

PARING
Appreciable with grilled red meat, it will accompany cheeses as well.
