WINE-MAKING
A maceration continues about 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks. A pneumatic pressing. A final hot maceration.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby color. Nose of plum, blackcherry ,chocolate and black pepper notes. This fruit-forward wine shows well balanced structure with soft tannins. Long and generous mouth with notes of ripe black fruits. It will express the purest way of the malbec.

PARING
It is best served with roasted duck, Mushroom and vegetable. Also perfectwith beef fillet.
