Appellation: Medoc AOP
Grape Variety: 55% merlot, 40% cabernet sauvignon, 4% cabernet franc, 1% malbec.

WINE-MAKING
Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Traditional Bordeaux vinification and a oak barrel aging (1/3 of new oak)

TASTING NOTES
Nicely skinny carmine with shades of orange. The aromatic bouquet is complex with notes of red berries, prunes and leather which means the wine has begun its ageing. From the attack to the finish the wine is soft elegant and balanced, the aromatic comeback free notes of coffee rad prunes.

SERVING
Serve at 15-18 ℃
