Master temperatures with long fermentation. Aging: Between five and ten years.

TASTING NOTES
Very dark garnet, the dress is brilliant. The scents of ripe red fruit, have a nice intensity. After a sharp attack where one finds the result, the mouth develops on well-integrated tannins leaving an impression of balance. The finish is long and pleasant.

Married with grilled red meats and gamey.
