TASTING NOTES
A lovely ruby colour. A complex nose of red berry fruits (raspberry, black cherry and blackcurrent), spicy aromas (cinnamon, liquorice, clove) and smoked notes (coconut, caramel). On the palate, the wine is round, full-bodied with silky tannins and well-balanced. Its finish is long and fruity (ripe red berry fruits) with notes of gingerbread, caramel and black pepper.

SERVING
Decante 2 hours before drinking. With red meats, game and soft cheeses.
