APPELLATION: Bordeaux Superieur AOC
GRAPE VARIETIES: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, successive extractions to minimize the filtrations on wines and drop priority matter. Matured in oak barrels between 10 and 12 months.
Colour : Red color with purple glint.
Nose : Powerful and complex nose, with scents of red fruits and spices.
Palate : The attack is nice and structured, with flavors of cherry and vanilla. The finish is long and pleasant.
Enjoyed it with game, a piece of red meat or a cheese platter.
