Nose: flowery, fruity aromas, notes of citrus fruits, mint and honeysuckle, spicy notes
Palate: well-balanced, notes of grass and flowers

SERVING
Serve between 10℃ and 12℃ with hors d’oeuvres, snails, freshwater fish stew,
mussels, fish, chitterling sausages and goats’ milk cheeses.
This wine will be matured for at least 2 to 6 years.
