TASTING NOTES
White flowers, honey suckle and vanilla flavor. Very round, voluptuous and very aromatic with a long final taste.
WINE-MAKING
Traditional wine making: skin maceration before direct press, with low temperatures which are controlled throughout the fermentation. Tank aged on less.
SERVING
A pleasant wine on starters or served with poultry, fish and cheeses.Serve between 8-10°C.
