Stainless steel fermentation at 24-28°C for 7 days. Aged for 9 months in 75% American and 25% French oak.
Deep purple in colour, this Malbec displays delicate aromas of violet, ripe plum and blackberry. Rich and full-bodied, the concentrated black fruit flavours intertwine with subtle notes of white pepper and cardamon. Structured tannins and a soft touch of vanilla and mocha lead into a long and velvety finish.
Serve with meat, lamb, pasta and cheese.
