Stainless steel fermentation at 25-27°C (Malbec) and 27-29°C (Shiraz) for 7 days Oak: 3 months ageing in 50% French and 50% American oak.
This Malbec-Shiraz is a perfect blend of these two varieties. The Malbec gives blackberry and toasty oak characters on the nose, while the Shiraz provides an explosion of black fruit and pepper. Together they form a wine with medium body, ripe fruit ﬂavours, and soft, sweets tannins.
