WINE-MAKING
Traditional Bordeaux wine making. 3 weeks of fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Ageing of 12 months in oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Beautiful intense color, fruity nose. In the mouth supple attack, aroma of red fruits, round. Can be drunk now and has an aging potential of 5 years.

SERVING
Married with cakes, grilled meats and poultry.
