The winery was created by yves lambert (my father) in 1996 with the goal to express since the beginning all the characteristic of the terroir of Saint-Cyr en bourg in the middle of Saumur champigny appellation. I started my carrier as a winemaker in 2005 to continue this target. Organic viticulture since 2009 and certified since 2012. Today we own 15 hectares in Saint-Cyr en bourg and 15 hectares in de Clos a Breze.
