WINE-MAKING
It comes from quality vineyards all over Rioja. The fermentation and maceration processes take place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with periodical pumping in order to achieve the optimum color and tannin extraction.
TASTING NOTES
A vivid cherry red with red fruit aromas, very fresh and with a good acidity. A pleasant uncomplicated palate makes it ideal to drink it with all kind of typical appetizers, as well as grilled meats and fried chicken.
SERVING
Try it with the famous Spanish tapas: patatas bravas, potato tortilla, croquetas, cured meat. It is perfect!
