WINE-MAKING
Once the vats are full, the grapes undergo a cold maceration before the alcoholic fermentation takes place. This process takes 30 to 40 days. Ageing 100% in french oak barrels during 18 months.

TASTING NOTES
Saturated ruby color. Very ripe, pure nose with a great minerality, hints of currant, chocolate and violet. Wonderfully dense, rich and ripe with a palate saturating crushed blackberry flavor. Superb expression of Malbec with a firm tannic structure.

SERVING
Serve with smoked meat. Besides the essential meat, also enjoys dark chocolate with exotic origins
