Age of the vines: 13 years
Once the vats are full, the grapes undergo a cold maceration before the alcoholic fermentation takes place. This process takes 30 to 40 days. Ageing in 60% French oak barrels during 12 months.
It has gentle perfumes of rose petals, spiced plum and blackberry and the palate is lush with sweet tobacco and spices at the end. The blend softers the tannins of the Malbec and the taste is lively and well balanced.
Serve beautifully with slow cooked meat.
