WINE-MAKING
Traditional wine-making at a controlled temperature between 25℃ and 27℃.

TASTING NOTES
Ruby-red colour with intense and brilliant reflections. This wine is intense with sensations of tobacco and spices as well as mineral notes on the nose. In the mouth, it is balanced with flavours of red fruit, principally blackberries, cherries and plums. The finish is very persistent.

SERVING
Serve between 18℃ and 20℃ with meat sauces, elaborate baked pasta dishes and red meats. Ideal with lightly cooked fresh tuna.
